Meet ROLFING®

Summary

Introductory course to the bodywork of Rolfing®.

These pre-training workshops are designed to offer interesting insights into the world of Rolfing® Structural Integration, working with fascia and orientation in gravity.

Rolfing® Structural Integration is a manual method for improving the structure, posture and movement of the human body.
The mobilisation of the connective tissue has a liberating and beneficial effect.
The body is brought back into its natural relationship with gravity.
The aim is to increase holistic well-being.

What can you expect?
Experienced teachers of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® Europe will introduce you to the theoretical background of Rolfing®.
During exercises you will try out different Rolfing® grips and feel the effect of Rolfing®.
You will gain an insight into the contents of the Rolfing® training and have ample opportunity to ask your questions.

We recommend that you have experienced at least one Rolfing® session before the course.
Self-experience of Rolfing® is an essential foundation of the training and serves to deepen your understanding of what you have learned.

What to expect in class
The preparatory workshops offer exciting insights into the world of bodywork according to Dr. Ida Rolf. Experienced teachers give you an introduction to theory and practice. During the exercises you can feel the effect of Rolfing® yourself.
