Information and Procedure
We are pleased to offer you a convenient opportunity to secure your training, workshop and travel services.
The policyholder can be anyone who has his usual residence in Germany or another EU/EEA country.
Insurance-relevant reasons for the withdrawal can be among other things::
- Severe injuries and illnesses
- Death
- Pregnancy
- Severe medical reasons like vaccination reactions
- Considerable damage to your property
- Loss of Job
- Entering into an employment relationship
- School re-examination

Attention: A seminar cancellation insurance can be booked up to 30 days before the beginning of the seminar.
Exception: If the registration for the seminar takes place less than 30 days before the beginning of the seminar, you have a special deadline of up to 3 days after the seminar booking and can still take out insurance.
ERGO offers a supplementary cover Covid-19, this additional insurance costs 29 euros without deductible per booking.
This product can be taken out together with the seminar insurance with immediate effect.
