France proposes 2 workshops which explores very different ways to approach a client’s need.

    Part 1 and 2 will provide 4 Manipulative credits and 3 Rolf Movement credits, we recommend taking both classes, as the first one facilitates the experience of the second one.

PART 2: Stimulating function from outside in (3rd to 5th of March 2023)

You will learn:

  • To refine your body reading-sensing skills from hands & arms to shoulder girdles to spine and from feet & legs to pelvic girdle to spine
  • To refine your body reading sensing of the spine/sternum/rib’s aspects of the trunk, experiment and propose different embodiment to free up the center line, its expansion and both its powerful and quiet expressiveness
  • To experiment and propose different embodiment to your client, the freedom of reaching and pushing, two foundational gestures that give way for recovering balance, flow and resilience in the here and now
